Returns & Refunds Policy
- Return Period
Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of tech hardware, the following cannot be returned:
- Software & Licenses: Any opened software or digital product keys.
- Consumables: Opened ink cartridges, toners, or thermal paste.
- Custom Builds: Computers or laptops customized or upgraded specifically for a client request.
- Defective or “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) Hardware
If a laptop, component, or peripheral is defective out of the box:
- It must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will test the hardware to confirm the fault.
- If confirmed defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.
- Restocking Fees
For “change of mind” returns where the box has been opened but the item is not faulty:
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover the diminished resale value of opened electronics.
- Items must include all original accessories (cables, manuals, drivers).
- Warranty vs. Returns
- Returns: Handle “change of mind” or initial defects shortly after purchase.
- Warranty: After the initial return period, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We can assist in facilitating warranty claims for hardware failures within the warranty period.
- Technical Services & Repairs
- Assessment Fees: Please note that diagnostic or assessment fees for repair quotes are generally non-refundable.
- Repair Warranty: All hardware repairs carry a 3 month warranty on the specific parts replaced and the labor performed.
